Okay, I was slightly inaccurate before. According to a recent analysis by a Harvard lecturer and a Nobel-winning economist, the Iraq War is costing us 720 million a day , or 262 billion a year . SCHIP would have cost 35 billion over 5 years , or about 7 billion a year . 262 billion versus 7 billion....

I don't encounter them in the Detroit area at all. However, I recently drove to Mississippi and back, and I regularly found them placed in highway restrooms. One neatly placed atop each urinal, or sometimes on towel dispensers. There were more the further south I went.
