This is a libel on Einstein. He used God as a metaphor for the laws of physics ("God does not throw dice"), but made it clear that he did not believe in a personal god.

Of course, if you define God as a number, you can say anything.

Where ever did you get this? I don't recall any position he has taken on abortion, but he was the Green Party candidate, which is generally a pro-choice party.
