Why was thread moved?

From which forum was it moved, ex-xian?

According to the thread history, it hasn't been moved or renamed. I haven't been able to find a redirect in any of the other forums.

Which forum do you feel is most appropriate?

Well I thought that it started in GRD. Perhaps I was wrong and it's allways been in ~E~. If so, perhaps it should be moved to GRD as there is some substance in there.

At first glance, the thread looks like BC&H material. However, the discussion looks more like GRD. I wouldn't object to seeing it in GRD.

Looks like the whole question may be moot, as Jorge is AWOL again. Oh well, maybe if it's moved another xian pick it up, or, who knows, maybe Jorge will return.

Also, did he post in ~E~ to begin with, or was it moved?

He posted it in ~E~, ex-xian. I'm fine with it in GRD or BC&H.
