A guy named "ShieldofFaith" argues for building a new "Confederate States of America" with the following constitutional principles:
From these principles, he has some rather peculiar ideas on what constitutes genocide:In establishing a New Nation, We the People of the Confederate States Of America do hereby hold these truths wholesome and eternal.
1. GOD is the creator and sustainer of all life on this planet. As well as the creator of everything inside and outside of the universe. Jesus Christ is God the Son the second person of the holy trinity. He was born of a virgin named Miriam, lived a perfect and sinless life. He was crucified, died, and was buried. He rose up from the dead on the third day. Forty days later He ascended to the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. Salvation is through Him and Him alone. There is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved. Jesus Christ is the savior and there is none other. He is blessed forever. Amen.
2. We have the right to life and no one person or group can take away the right to life, save in cases of capital punishment. All human beings, born or unborn have the right to life. Only those who have committed crimes worthy of capital punishment, can have their lives taken from them.
3. Homosexuality is a sin and a complete abomination unto GOD. All attempts to create a sense of normalcy, and attempts to create laws to promote this vile sin are wicked, and against GOD.
4. The worship of GOD is wholesome and good. All Christians should have the right to worship GOD as they see fit. All attempts at stopping the worship of GOD are immoral and wicked. No man or group has the right to prevent the true worship of GOD.
5. Marxist Communism in all it's forms is wicked and evil. It is inspired by lucifer and should be driven from the face of the earth.
We the People of the New Confederate States Of America, hereby state these truths and hold them firm. We will strive to keep ourselves pure and stay close to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We are a Christian Nation and will ever be so. No other faith will be officially recognized as the faith of this Nation. This will be true now, and forever more. Amen.

Apparently, it's not "genocide" if a state sanctions mass slaughter for a group of people considered "worthy of death" by a person's particular religious beliefs.Genocide.
Here is why I am not advocating "genocide". I am promoting Capital Punishment for crimes deemed worthy of Capital Punishment. I am getting the authority for prosecuting these crimes straight from THE WORD OF GOD!!!!!!!
HENCE, IF YOU SAY THAT I AM PROMOTING GENOCIDE; THEN YOU ARE CALLING GOD (FATHER, SON, HOLY SPIRIT) GENOCIDAL.
Now I know you don't want to call GOD genocidal; so maybe you should think this through real carefully.
1. If you were to start a New Nation from scratch right now; and you told all the people that were going to go and live in this New Nation that the government of this New Nation was going to exercise Capital Punishment and these are the crimes it deems worthy of Capital Offenses; and one of them was 'homosexuality'! I am very sure that there would not be millions and millions of homosexuals lining up to go to this New Nation. Hello.
2. Let's say for example that Texas seceded from the Union, and it became the New C.S.A.. We would give all homosexuals 7 days to clear out and leave peacefully before we put our laws into effect that would have them face a capital offense. Also, we would offer up all prisoners to the U.S.A. that were their prisoners that happened to be incarcerated in the state of Texas. They would be citizens of the U.S.A. and to the U.S.A. they would go. We would not want any of these criminals living in our country in the first place. And to answer the question before you or others here ask it; Yes. We would make sure you were able to leave in 7 days. We would help financially, and any other way we could with food, clothing, transportation ect.. They would be sent packing across that border to the U.S.A..
3. So now we would have a New Nation with no homosexuals in it to execute for the crime of homosexuality. Or if we did have to exercise our law of Capital Punishment on homosexuality, it would be very very minute. So your visions of millions and millions of homosexuals being hung would be misplaced.
4. Even if the U.S. were to crack down and make homosexuality a Capital Offense; this would not be genocide either. Because the simple fact that homosexuals are just sinners just like murderers, rapists, or kidnappers. There are not a "national, racial, political, or cultural group" recognized by the HOLY BIBLE. They are a bunch of abominable sinners. Just like murderers come in all national, racial, political, and cultural groups; so do homosexuals.
