This is not a problem or a bug, but it does make me curious. Why is the forum entry (index of forums) and daily search (today's active forums) in different sequences?
for example, forum index runs something like:
Feedback
Feedback Discussion
Secular Web
Secular Web Debates
II Book Club
Existence of God
Biblical Criticism & Archaeology
Science And Skepticism
Secular Morality: Good Without God?
Church-State Separation
Secular Groups (All)
Secular Family Support
Secular Students
Open Discussion
Open Political Discussions
Young Freethinkers
search today's active forums runs something like:
Science And Skepticism
Open Political Discussions
Young Freethinkers
Secular Morality: Good Without God?
Secular Web Debates
Feedback Discussion
Feedback
Church-State Separation
Evolution/Creation
Existence of God
Open Discussion
Biblical Criticism & Archaeology
Secular Students
Thanks,
Ernie

The forum settings in the UBB control panel have a table which can be used to assign each forum to a category and select its position within the category without regard to the order in which the forums were created. This table selects the order for the "home page" for the forum, As far as I know, everything else operates in the order the forums were created (chronological order of creation).
